Emerging Markets Equity Investing: Never Waste a Crisis

International investors buy whatever they feel is proxy to theit increasing consumption thesis in India without looking at corporate governance. I saw today many foreign investors loaded "The Phoenic Mills Limited" whereas 2 local guys bought a small chunk in it.
